We ended up at the Amador Causway on our first really rainy day. I think I had one of the best meals and the meal I anticipated the most at Pencas. I had fried corvina, white rice, and patacones. The rice and patacones were the most like what my family makes and the fish was, of course, delicious. Attached is a picture of the plate my Mom got.
