    Manchu Pichu Rest- Boquete

Excellent food, well prepared. Very reasonable prices. Excellent presentation. Attentive service. The platter with a variety of seafood had a unique presentation involving the various seafood treats resting in clam shells.

Only negative was the loud, red faced American guy bellowing out for everyone to appreciate all the places he's been. The couple he was with seemed somewhat embarrassed. Perhaps Panamanian restaurants should have laws as in Canada that once a person is drunk, they are cut off.

Even the serving staff seemed embarrassed.

Nice going American red neck! You've reinforced local opinion about the gringos

The restaurant is definitely a "keeper". But if that loud, red faced American guy is there again, I'll turn around and leave for another place.

Err... the red neck was a staff of the inn or he was a visitor? First of all, the staff shouldn't have served him too much alcohol if the place is frequented by families. If the prices are reasonable and the food is good, then I will give it a try when I visit Boquete.

He wasn't staff - he was a "guest" at the restaurant....
