This restaurant is a stopping place for busses loaded with visitors going to the Royal Decameron and Playa Blanca. Sort of a half-way stop for a bathroom break and a drink or snack.
Located on the right hand side of the Panamerican just after leaving Capira.

Very nice looking restaurant. Sort of a huge bohio.
Probably good food sometimes, but not when we were there. I had probably the toughest calamari I'm every been served. Service was sllooowwww. Although there were only about 10 other people in there at the time, it took about 45 minutes to get served. No interest in my comments about the calamari.
Hopefully others get better food and service.
From our experience I'd rate it about 3 out of 10 with 10 being best.
45 minutes is way too long... But I will not care as long as the quality of the food is good. What are their specialities? Just hoping that you'll be lucky next time and don't have to wait too much. I am going to give it a miss..
