Thread: Cost of subdividing raw land

What costs are involved in subdividing raw land? At the moment just to avoid paying land taxes. The land will be purchased, but the seller does not want to "sell" it for less money than is actually received.

Government fees and lawyers fees but would I also have to pay the transfer taxes again?
