Can anyone describe for me the property management business in Panama City? I've read that it is typical to pay 8.3 -10% of gross rents. Are there any firms you can recommend? I also read about a condo law being passed where you couldn't rent out your condo. I'm considering purchasing condos in the City, but would need property management services. Can anyone provide some insight here? I have more questions right now than anything. Much appreciated.
