Thread: Flat for rent in Panama City

Hi everyone, I need your help.

Basically I need 1 bedroom apartment in Panama City good neiberhood (Congrejo, Calle 50, Bella Vista, Marbella, Via Espana) preferdably furnirshed. And I will be ready to deposit and 2 months rent straight away. Maybe you know someone who is renting something like this or you can suggest places (websites) where to look. Because all the agents keep telling me that minimum rent is 6 months and they keep showing me 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment for 800+$ which I dont need, smaller is better (living alone).

Are you only looking for 2 months?
This is the tourist season, so if its only for the next 2 months, you WILL pay much more than $800 per month.

i agree. even for 6 months this price seems very unrealistic.
