I can only but assume that these chaps have left the county after selling the Trump Ocean Club with the information they gave the investors.

Anyone know if they are still around telling people that the hotel fees will be 1500-2000 all inclusive?

Has any of the sales reps given out accurate information or have they all been speculating (read stealing and defrauding) to fill their pockets with 6-figure checks?

Does anyone know if they can be held personally liable for their actions in pushing this fraud?

I had several dealings with Jeff Barton and he (and Wayne Wasserberg) are both still working at TOC in the sales office. I found Jeff Barton to be a very quality guy to work with and we bought four different TOC properties from Jeff Barton with no problems.

We stayed away from the Hotel units because there was no financial or management agreement information available that disclosed the economic and management terms and conditions. Purchasers of Hotel units have been asking for years for this information and it wasn't disclosed (by Trump) until after the Hotel units were delivered.

maybe they should have plugged their fkn pie-holes on the issue then.

Jeff Barton must have pulled down substantial commissions . According to a July issue of Visitor, he is responsible for "having sold over $100,000,000 in real estate for TOC." He could afford to live in one of the hotel units full time..

have no doubt, those guys are burnt for life. guess they should have done their due diligence. probably got to caught up in their personal profits they forgot to check if it was a fraud first. guys like that always play tough and then crying ignorant little babies. we can only hope they sold to the wrong crowd.

Most people here on the site who already lost about 50% and still keep getting f*cked on maintenance fees and stuff still think they're the best investors ever, so this boy is safe and can continue what he is doing. And rightfully so, cause he shows whats for sale and tells them the price. What's wrong with that? Who's the sucker?
