Given the amount of empty apartments, number of units finishing and the ones in early face of construction, -I have heard that it ass up to like 44.000 new apartments coming on the market.
Can it be buyers for all of these?
If there is an average of 3 persons in each apartment it will take 14.666 persons to fill them.
Does even a minor part of this “new” people exist?
What about the liquidity squeeze on the developers?
Is it starting to fall through and possible to get apartments at very reasonable prices now?
Have anyone examples on spectacular purchases that can be done?
Then I’m thinking about under USD 750-800 pr. square meter and maybe cheaper, and in good standard.
What about the foreclosure situation and where to get them?
