Thread: Marquis towers El Cangrejo any info ?

I was told by the manager at Toscanna Inn that there are six new hotels going up within a 2 block radius including Howard Johnson, Hilton and Hyatt brands, Doubletree, etc.. With the metro station that is going in across the street from McDonalds on Via Espana, there will be good access to many parts of the city by public transit. Now if there was a public transit connection to Casco Viejo and the causeway, that would be sweet. I can see it coming some time.

I have been in Marquis for 18 months now and I think well managed. The caretakers do their best, the door security guys are extremely diligent.

Maybe the Continental will be remodeled--it better or it will be the odd man out. I used to like staying there and now it's become a dump, but what a great location.

Can someone tell me if there are still units for sell in Marquis Tower with views of the city? Is Marquis still a well maintained building with nice tenants/owners?

What are the rental prices?
