Thread: Office Rental in Panama City

I am looking for a rental in the CBD of Panama city. Can anybody advise me on what rates I can expect, typical/standard lease terms, best brokers and locations. Are there any websites out there that focus on office rental? Any info greatly appreciated to guide a novice.

We are planning a trip to Panama City, Panama and would like to rent a condo on the beach or near the beach it can be as far as 30 minutes form Panama City any suggestions..??
