I hope this comes in time to help someone. If you currently have any dealings with Maritza M. Ellis or PropertiesPTY.net I am very sorry.

I did a check on Maritza and found that she plead guilty in U.S. Federal Court to conspiracy to commit illegal financial transactions : www.nls.gov/offices/oig/sar48.pdf (see page 20 for Maritza's part).

My gut told me something was wrong (and maybe i asked too many questions). When she stopped communicating with me I dug in and found her phones didn't work and her office was closed. After a trip to the village I learned the property we were looking at was sold a number of times.

After a deep web search i found the linked document. This post is based on facts that I gathered. I will say no more.
