Thread: Condo management services

Does anybody know of a reliable condo management agency for the Playa Blanca area?
And if you are out of the country, how can you know if your condo is being rented short term and you're not being told. I was thinking of keeping in touch with a few neighbours and ask them to check things up.
Any helpful advise will be appreciated.

There isn't a reliable group over there from what I have heard. A couple of friends came down 2 days earlier then they told their manager and walked into their condo to find that people were in there using it as an office! What currently available insecurity is to get a keypad lock with you getting the main code and providing the manager with another code. There is also software that you can purchase with the lock that allows you to see who is entering your condo via computer alarm. Also you can install a WiFi hidden camera that you can have transmitted to your home computer.

We looked into doing this with our condo in Mexico a few years ago.

Has anyone found a reliable condo management firm since this message was first posted? I am thinking about starting a management company in Panama and am looking for some feedback.
