HOLY CRAP!!!! So I live out here in Las Tablas and I know a local that is selling a 300 sq meter property for $120/meter in the middle of town. I ask if I am looking at property bordering central park in Manhattan? She replies that she has some flexibility, lol. I almost can't believe that real estate is so expensive here.
For $120/sq meter it better have at least one magic tunnel to somewhere cool. I will say that property prices in Las Tablas are not coming down at all. All the locals seem to be competing to outdo each other on what they are charging. As far as the Auzero goes this town does have advantages. It is the furthest distance on the Auzero to get a direct bus from Panama City, all kinds of party's including Carnival, super friendly people, pretty safe, beautiful women, the last town to have real (not just Chino) grocery stores, and except for trying to purchase property by the square meter very very cheap living.
