Not yet and I may never if I can figure a way around it. Hence my thread asking about safety deposit boxes instead. Since the progressives took over I have less incentive to hold my money in dollars or in the bank. I understand opening a bank account in Panama is a pain.

Safety deposit boxes are hard to get also. When you get that figured out please share your info.

I won't use a safety deposit box at a bank. This company in Panama seems to be an independent SDB company. They may not be as strict as a bank because you sre just renting a box, which could be for non finacial instruments as well.
