I usually buy my flying tickets directly at Copa Airlines (there are several offices spread across the city), and if I travel to a place where Copa Airlines won't take me, then I do go to a travel agent... but in my opinion the best way to get information about traveling is the internet!

I would get a travel agent if I never been to that place before and no friends and such to guide around, especially those where I don't understand their language.

No, i won't . Just google for the information, book a ticket & other thing like for accomodation n all in advance(if u want) & with the free mind set for the trip.
