Thread: Best time to travel?

What do you think is the best time to travel to Panama? Why? When in the year would you recommend for traveling to Panama?

I believe the best time to travel to any countries is during festive seasons and such since it generally happens only once a year and try avoid those rainy and bad weather periods. I believe you can check out or someone here can recommend some good festival in Panama.
