    Parque Metropolitano

Has anyone been to the Parque Metropolitano? Itīs a real jungle just 5 minutes from Panama City. I saw lots of animals, many ants, frogs, spiders and even a snake. And the air is fantastic, quite hot but lots of oxygen and when you get to the top it gets a bit cooler. I took some photos and will try to post them soon.

Is it a rain-forest or part of the rain-forest? It sounds interesting. I look forward to seeing those pictures!

I wanted to go today! But it's raining like crazy. Probably tomorrow. It's a rainforest park within Panama City.

    Hiking

We went hiking while there this month and it was beautiful. The views at the end of Monkey Trail were gorgeous, and I got some amazing shots of the city.
