    Santa Catalina - Panama

This location has to be the worst vacation spot on Earth in all categories.

There were drunk locals all over the streets tumbling around, food supplies non-existent, restaurants had maybe a quarter of the items on the menu (if lucky). The first restaurant we tried just closed at lunch for lack of supplies, other had 0 out of 5 desserts. Another had a drunk waiter and an imaginary wifi connection.

Water and electricity was a scarce luxury. On the rare occasions they had both the shower water was either ice cold or boiling hot requiring you to shower by turning off and on the suicide unit and pop your head in now and then.

They left the divers bobbing in the water for 30-40 mins while they took a lunch nap.

There was not a single positive experience in the town which by the way houses 290 people in the metropolitan area. When talking to people they appeared to be from another planet, the one with only unmotivated, lazy idiots.

I rent a Nissan X-trail as needed in Panama. Otherwise I would not want to be burdened with it.

For Santa Catalina you don't need a 4WD though. There were no monkeys and no contrails, probably due to the lack of air travel in the region.

thanks for the input. I have always been curious about that place. It's talked up as being a nice surfing/fishing spot but I wondered why the local surf motel is perpetually for sale on Craig's List. Doesn't look like there is a decent grocery store for miles.

NY Times names Panama #1 place to visit-the country had better up it game alot. I find the whole country lacking any type of good service or competence in general.

    Spanish houses for sale

    Hello,
If you are seeking to find houses for rent, houses for sale, flats for rent and anything else property related in the Spain area. YespanYa Property is your number one online website if you are searching for houses for sale, you can search by an array of dimensions including bedrooms and property type, you can also narrow your search down to price or amenities. On the other hand if you are looking to sell your house or flat in Spain, then there is no better place to list it then YespanYa Property, put your ad in front of millions of local and national buyers.
