"Few cities in Latin America can match the diversity, cosmopolitanism and sheer energy of Panama City..." - THE ROUGH GUIDE
Well, the old city mainly sucks, service is very poor in general, maintenance impossible, everything is crazy expensive during high season, low season rains almost every day, humidity is unbearable, traffic is an absolute and complete madness, population is super noisy and very brutish, educational level is rock bottom, women are ugly if not revolting.
The only way to visit Panama is in a protected all inclusive with a tour company arranging everything (transport on Saturday to avoid city traffic).
Take a living in Panama seminar with International Living, join the Sovereign Society and subscribe to Panama Guide to compound your misery. If that is not enough, this from Kathleen Peddlecrap:
Condo Hotel Investment: Turn-Key, Hassle-Free, Double-Digit Yields In A Proven And Fast-Expanding Market :: Investment Logs
Well don't forget to hire Don Winner as your bodyguard as he escorts you to Petaquilla mines and decodes this amazing investment.
I would replace "Turn-Key" with "Magic-Water-Leak-Units", "Hassle-Free" with "Near-Death Paperwork Nightmare and Unbearable Delays and Developer Laziness/Greed". "Double-digit" would be "Lower Single Digit if not Negative after Expenses". "Proven" I guess "Lies That You Have Been Living In" and finally "Fast-Expanding" with "A Country which has Expanded Beyond Sewer, Mail system, Roads, Trash Pick-up, Water and Electricity Delivery and Simply left it Behind".
The 10 % annual growth that they imagine they have in Panama is simply inflation.
