travel tips for a single man

I'm planning my first trip to Panama and could use some useful information about where to best spend my time while I'm in the country. I've been to costa rica 5 times and know my way around fairly well, but I've heard Panama is a step above which would be amazing! I know downtown Panama city is where the real action is, but I'm not so sure I want to spend a week there. I would like to know what the entertainment is like outside of the city maybe close to a beach type resort. Ideally I would like to spend a couple nights in the city then end up on a nice beach at a reasonably priced hotel and have some quality companionship. I would certainly appreciate any information that could be shared, feel free to PM me..........thanks very much

Probably best to stay in the city or maybe David or colon. Girls in the interior probably would not give you the time of day.

If you can speak a bit of Spanish this goes a LOOOONG way. Just be bold and talk to every hot chick you see. I'm serious.

Unlike CR, in Panama you can get a cell phone anywhere. Highly useful. I don't spend long in Panama City, but then I rarely like cities anywhere.

Panama city is luxury compared to san jose. The vennetto casino is better than the del rey.

If you have the cash Panama is the place, however you'll do well to find anything like Jaco beach close to Panama city

San Jose is a shit hole. However The Del Rey has it charms. Packed the nines. Chicks are more aggressive. It's kind of like Habano but more chicks and the chicks are more intense.
