Thread: What Vaccines do I need before I get there?

Hi,

Going to be visiting Panama in May and heading to the following areas:

David, Boquet, Volcan, Cerro Punta, Bocas del Toro

The information I'm finding online around vaccines has been less than consistent so I'm looking to see what vaccines folks here in the forum got before their visits/moves.

I took tons of them (Hep A, Hep B, Typhoid, YellFever, Tet), not specifically for Panama though. The Yellowfever shot here is "like free" so I would take all the shots locally. I wasted $500 in the US - should have done it locally for less than 100.
