    need suggestions for itinerary

    My husband and I are planning a trip to Panama in Februry. We plan to stay about 10 days. We are interested in history, nature, hiking (not too strenuous), culture. We are not beach people.

    If anyone can suggest an itinerary for us, it would be most welcome.

    Guide books are good for that.

    I prefer the "Moon" brand of travel guides.

    They always have sample itineraries of several different kinds.
