Yes, I definitively think it is! At the same time it's the most business friendly country in Latin America.

I'm not sure but I think kids would enjoy Panama as the things are affordable so you can buy many toys for them, nice beaches with tasty food to keep their mind from wandering off not mentioning high internet connection and such to keep them company.
