    Chavez’s 'Blitzkrieg'

Hugo Chavez is currently conducting a political and financial “blitzkrieg” in countries such as Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Bolivia, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. So far, country responses to his aggressive efforts have been rather languid, with the exception of Honduras, where a rapid civic and military reaction has checked the progress of his offensive.

Good article! Human Events has some good analysis.
I hope that Pres. Martinelli stops the subversive acts of Chavez' consulate.

Wow! Very paranoid, slanted and loaded coverage. The point of view of the article certainly reflects some sentiments, but it is important to keep in mind that the article's writer is a right-wing, conservative extremist. I suggest balancing that type of fear and hysteria with reading of a less biased source.

I think you are the one using slanted and loaded, paranoid language! 'right wing extremist'? please supply your own rebuttal, not call for others to do your heavy lifting.

Chavez just announced a 50% currency devaluation, enforced by his military, maybe you think that is not so 'extremist'?

Will Latin America Turn Left? - TIME Jan. 06 2006 (they wont allow copy and paste)

Here is an article from TIME MAGAZINE, arguably one of the most liberal mainstream magazines in the U.S.
It goes country by country in central and South America (not all but most countries) and writes about Chavez and the leftists trying to influence elections and pretty much the same info as the so called RIGHT Wing EXTREMIST source as above.

If PanAm1 disagrees with the above article he should say which part, since it is specific as to events, time and those involved. I would like to see which events PanAm claims didnt happen.

Here is another account. Maybe this is too Right Wing Extremist also?
