U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, who likes to use the campaign sound bite "Buy American or Bye-Bye America," uses a Panamanian company for his congressional campaign Web hosting, his latest campaign finance report shows.

Kucinich says he thought when his campaign hired the company that it was Texas-based, and if it changed hands, he was unaware.
