By Elena Valdez for La Critica - About 55 American young people are realizing social projects to strengthen the communitarian participation, inter-cultural interchange, and education in the communities of the districts of Penonomé and La Pintada. Through a cooperative agreement, the Ministry of Health in Cocle and the Organization of Friends of the Americas are carrying out communitarian and educational projects in the schools of the rural areas. The young people are dealing with subjects of prevention in health and the environment.

Unos 55 jóvenes norteamericanos realizan labores sociales para fortalecer la participación comunitaria y el intercambio intercultural y de educación en las comunidades de los distritos de Penonomé y La Pintada.


Mediante un acuerdo de cooperación, el Ministerio de Salud en Coclé y la Organización Amigos de las Américas llevan a cabo proyectos comunitarios y de educación en las escuelas de las áreas rurales. Los jóvenes tratan temas de prevención en salud y medio ambiente.
