The good thing about the Panama Canal is that it is most everything to do with it is agreeable. Most political endeavors are opposed by various people and organizations, but pretty much everyone supports the Panama Canal and wants to make it better.

well now i think more ships will go through Panama Canal because bigger ships will also be able to travel through it... Nowaday, the biggest ship that can pass the canal would have around 5,000 containers, and in the future, biggest ship that will be able to pass it will have 12,000 containers... so that's more than double

That is a huge increase. I wonder how much of an impact that will have on trade and the global economy.
