What do you know about the history of women's rights in Panama? How can I learn more about the subject?

Have you looked for a book on the subject yet? Amazon.com lists several pages of books on Panamanian and Central American history, since the two are not mutually exclusive. How about you do several searches and get back to us with your new-found info? That would be great.

Cheers.

I'll look to see if I can find a book on the subject of woman's rights in Panama (or central America) and get back to the both of you.

Women's right to vote...

Panamanian women gain suffrage in 1941 under the administration of twice (at least) deposed president Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid.
