    I would like know about the work in Panama. I'm specialize in information technology in Italy. Which is the situation in this field? In particular system analyst (Cisco) and programmer?
    Salary average? Opportunities?

    IT VP can make up to 5000 USD but this is the top.

    Entry Level 750-1000.

    Your mid level IT Worker makes between 1200-2000.

    IT Manager 2000-3500.

    Its not easy to land a job unless you are Panamanian.

    They have a high amount of openings so check them out to see what position fits you best. If you are lucky a company might sponsor you. Or go to the cuidad del saber where many companies do sponsor foreign workers for work visa.
