Thread: Back home to Panama after living in the USA for about 31 years.

Hi everyone. I´m a panamanian who lived in the USA for 31 years (about half of my own life). I left my country for many reasons including not willing to live under a military dictatorship. I love freedom almost more than anything else. First of all, I will like to thank the wonderful people of the USA who helped me and my family make this transition into a new country, new people and a brand new culture. God bless the USA and its people (most of them anyway). My background experience includes electronics, communications, technical writing, instructional systems designing and others. I´m actually retired, but just know realized that it´s getting to boring for me just sitting at home watching the grass grow (not much of a live). I will like to find an american company established here in Panama in needs for my expertise as bilingual spanish technical writer or instructional system designer mostly in the aerospace field. I worked for companies in the USA such as INTEL Corp., Honeywell, California Microwave, Boeing, and Rockwell Collins. I also worked at four commercial nuclear power plantas. I will appreciate any help offered in order for me to find a job here in Panama.
