Thread: Hi everyone... NEWBIE here... and everyone HATES one.... would like advice....

~haaa.... this is the 3rd time I have TRIED to post but just realized that I have to "introduce" myself.... I am JmeSea.... from the U.S. ~ and looking to visit soon, possibly live there eventually! ~ I want to hear the GOOD, the BAD & the SCARY! ~ Please excuse the "newbie" status, I really HATE this part of getting to know everyone! Ok, being a "newbie" to the forum, you may as well add me to the club! After what I have been reading here, I don't expect the "kid glove" treatment. LOL However, just to let you know, I would buy all the beer. I'm just not in country yet.

Also I have been waiting four weeks for my initial post to appear. Since then I have drank quite a few beers just getting in a groove to participate in this forum. And yes, just like most of the new people here, I am looking for all kinds of info also. Hopefully, my dumb questions will be few and far between. I trust you will bear with me if I come up with such a question. But I must say that in school I was always instructed to ask any and all questions. Even the dumb ones. There was always that possibility that half of the class was thinking of the same one and was afraid to ask.

oh it is ok if you are not here , just send money for the beer and we will keep all the empties as proof . LOL

All I can say to that is, it just doesn't seem right enjoying beers without me. Makes me kind of feeling left out.

But I do have a question in regards to the "Pensionado Program". In applying for that program would it be necessary to incur the services of a lawyer to make things go smoothly. Or can one do this on his own without much difficulty?

I got a big grin here with that tactic of yours. But if that is case about needing a lawyer by law. I may have start saving my beer money to use for the lawyer. and he will be the one drinking the beer without us!! My is that sad.

I find it odd that every time that I have read about that "Pensionado Program", There is never a mention about needing any kind of lawyer or even the law requiring one. I guess I must do some more research. Unless anyone here can add some info.
