Thread: Buenas

New member here, but not new to Central or South America. I have lived in Mexico ( Baja) , Honduras and the highlands of Peru. I am currently in Southern California with an itch to go south again. I am looking at Bocas Del Toro as my next destination and would love to hear from folks living there the good the bad and the ugly......
