hello panama forum

hi guys--- im landing in panama tomorrow night. from tocumen we are renting a car to coronado. never been to the area but have some friends who made us a map so hopefully all goes well anyone know of any good place in the coronado area to do some yoga or any chill places to land for a refresher? we'll be in the area for the month of october and then off to someplace new, not sure where, but still inside panama. looking for good people, love, yoga, new experiences and hopefully a future of panamanian escapades!
