Bullion and coins? Also what % are they above spot? Do they offer safety deposit boxes and do you have to have an account with them to buy physical metal?

yes to billion or coins , over spot depends on how much you buy , a little buy , higher over spot , lots , less over spot , . there is a private company in the basement of the bank that offers storage , i dont know anything about them , and no you do not need a account to buy , best just to go there to the main branch in the city and talk to them , they have people who speak english .
