What kind of vaccination do I need before going to Panama?

depends on what country you are coming from , and where you want to go in panama , check the offical panama website and it should tell you everything you need to know

They are $5 here and $150 in the US.

Yellow fever appears to be free

Should run you $5 (+$110 processing fee) in developed country.

There is always Dengue fever as well which could be a bummer.
