Call on every unit and check if in corp, registered land value in registro publico, how it's owned and so on, what they paid roughly, investments made, asking prices, check how far they will drop for cash. What are maintenance payments for different lots - need to understand how they have structured it.
Contact a broker - now you know 5-10 times as much as them. Play dumb and try to get their listings too. If they in fact add value beyond what you could gather in a few days, make sure they get paid.
