My names Rik and I live in Penonome with my wife and 5 yr old son.

Originally from the UK, my wife is Panamanian and our son was born here.

Been in Panama for 7 years now, about half and half in the city and in Penonome.

Now settled in Penonome for the last 2 yrs.
