Thread: March 2011 Visit

We contracted for a unit in Building 3; so, we recently made a visit to Bala Beach Resort to check the status of the project. I have many pictures I can post---IF I can figure out how.

Prior to seeing Bala, we met with Orlando in the Resort Office. They were in the process of billing future closing buyers, but also putting together the furniture packages (lateness of this was the result of changing companies). We were told that Josh would be handling the "pool" in the future, so we looked forward to getting answers in the next several days when we met with him. However, he
was not officially on Bala's payroll yet, so had no info for us.

IF they are closing on Buildings 1 & 2 soon, as advised, there should be lots of action from Bala in the next 3 months. We will see.
