Dear Members, I'm planning my first trip to Panama this June and am very excited- particularly because I intend to marry my long time partner. We are both British citizens and we are not bothered about having a ceremony. We just want to do the legal stuff then head off on honeymoon for a few weeks.

I would be so grateful if you could offer any advice about arranging for a notary public to oversee the form signing etc. We hope to complete all the paperwork in Panama City when we arrive. I do speak basic spanish but it would be good to know where to go and if there is likely to be much waiting time to get things notarised etc.
