Glad to be here. My wife of 20+ years is from Panama and we are beginning to prepare to move to Panama in the next 4 to 5 years once we kick the kids out of the house so that she can spend time with her family. We are looking at moving to Volcan and have already been looking at houses there.

I like Volcan, beautiful town, affordable, quick drive to David, and not to developed.
