    Hello Everyone

My name is Dennis. I am an 82 year old Retiree.

I am attending a 'Live and Invest Overseas' seminar in October with a view to setting up home in Panama.

I would welcome any advice on the local set up - buying a property and so on.

I play Bridge and hope to make some contribution to the life of the community.

I am living in Deal, Kent at the moment and my e mail address is
    dennisloan57@aol.com

    Hi Dennis,
I am also new to the forum. I visted panama last spring and saw a good portion of the country. there is alot to see with two coasts and several micro climates. You might want to consider renting first prior to investing. I will be in Panama this october also for an extended visit. I am taking it slow and getting a feel for things prior to investing here. Welcome to the forum, there are friendly, helpful and knowlegeable people on here.

^Seems like a smart plan... move slow, get to know the place real well, rent before buying, travel to different areas and see what suits you...
