    Hello Members,
    I am new here. Trying to decide between Panama or CR. Which would be a better retirement haven?? Can anyone give me your thoughts. FIA

    Depends what you like. Costa Rica is more eco friendly and easy going. Panama is unfortunately not so "eco" but prices are A LOT cheaper for food and drink. That is as long as you are outside Panama City (generally speaking).
