As the message states I am new to the forum but plan to investigate through the other members living in Panama. I am planning a move to either Central or South America by no later than June 2010 and am highly curious as to the best living per dollar. My wife and I do not want to lead an ostentatious lifestyle, just have the basics. I guess you would call it "frugal with frills."
I am curious how Panama is 'wired' -internet, phone service, etc. I hope to find out all I need to know through this board.
Please help direct me to the best threads and info on this site!
