Thread: Hello from Houston

Hello, I am new to this forum as well. My name is Tom, 40 years old from Houston Texas. I am in international finance and exploring the possability of opening an office in Panama City. I had thought about buying a condo for my office, but after reading about the real estate market about to drop, I may just rent for a year. I have been to Costa Rica and Guatemala but not Panama yet. I do speak enough spanish to get into trouble I plan on visiting next month, hope to meet some of you while I am down there, MRWOOHOO. Take care! Tom
