    Hello all. I have family living in Panama now and will be coming down from Canada for my first of many visits. We are coming down the end of September and staying up in the mountains around David. I'm an avid fisherman without alot of money but would like to do some ocean or freshwater fishing. Any idea's,info on where to go, talk to, hire would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much....Mark
