Conversation Between MRWOOHOO and nv555

First I thank to thank you for all you do with the forum I really enjoy reading and posting here.

We are flying down in Aug for 2 weeks and are looking in in the Chirqui area for a future retirement. We would want something 10 to 20 acres.

Anyway Panama is a big country and a lot to look at. What do you advise?

We are flying into PPY. Should we rent a car and see the country along the way to Chirqui or fly to David then rent and focus around Chirqui.

I know we can not see everything in 2 weeks however we would like to get a good feel of Panama on our first visit.

Anything is open however not looking for the big city and would like to live in a bit cooler and less humid zone than PPY.

So Drive to Chiriqui and then drive around that area or
Rent at PPY and drive to Chiriqui?

Once again I know you are not the tourist board of Panama however I do have a lot of respect for what you have to say.
