I finally got some cost figures for you.
Just looking at my costs here in Chile makes it imperative for me to catch the next flite out of here. The price of beer was the last straw.
I spent the summer in Boston, first time in 15 years I had been to the USA.
When I returned I realized that Chile is much more expensive than USA.

I am actually considering buying a house or two around chitre, but dont know much about the place or how safe it is. what the best areas are etc. but i have been thinking since the last time i was in panama city that i was a bit lost for something to do other than drink and gamble and only have prostitutes to look at. The panamanian friends i have there work, and work hard and long hours, so i only got to see them at the weekend. it made me think what i would generally do with my time. It suddenly occurred to me to move outside the city and maybe buy a house or two to fix up. it would give me time to learn spanish and also give me something else to put my hand to. Panama city is only 3 hours on the bus, if i wanted a big night out, and really, i am just looking for a bit of a different lifestyle. chitre in terms of infrastructure and price seems to fit the bill. so any info about the areas in chitre etc would be most welcome.

Hello out there, I am planning to do Banking with Banvivienda Bank for my Real Estae deals and Financial Pacific Panama for my Stock trading requirements. Do you have any experiences dealing with these two companies. They were highly recommended by couple of Law Frims I am using for my business transactions.
