    I asked this question 6 weeks ago and got so blown out of the water by the responce of the dopers around Las Tablas I bagged the site, until I received an invitation back yesterday. Let's try it one more time.
    I know all of Latin America is noisy. been all over it. I've lived in very quiet places my whole life. I am going to expat soon. I will be exploring the Chiriqui area during May. Can anybody recommend some areas beside Boquete and Valle de Anton with the least amount of noise from barking dogs, roosters, and music turned up to 12. Would prefer moderate highland temps.
    For the stoner trolls, I was doing that shit back in the 60's when it was still legal.
