Howdy group members. I currently live in Amarillo, TX, but am contemplating a move to Panama sometime in the next year. I'm not sure if it will be permanent or just occasional. My only daughter lives in Chitre and I plan on staying wtih her for several weeks, but would like to look around the country while I'm there. I've read and hear good things about Penonome, La Chorrera, and of course Bocas, David and places close to the Costa Rican frontier. I'm a male, widowed, 76 years old and wold lie to live out my remaining years in relative comfort and without spending lots of money, which I don't have.
