Thread: Fish in Las Tablas

On a positive note my friend Mike just got back from town. He bought an 8 lb tuna from a street vendor, fresh, for 4 bucks. I will be getting a sample today and am planning to put it on the grill. Anyone have any good grilled tuna recipes to share? Pineapples are back, 2 for a buck for small pineapples. Mango's are in season and are everywhere and they are free. Fish continues to be the best value here in Las Tablas.
